“True Blood” gave “The Wire”‘s final season a run for its money, but two actresses rose to the top, and HBO dominated.

These ladies rocked premium cable…and they happened to have rocked it on the same station, HBO! With fierce competition and a rabid “True Blood” fan base, “The Wire”‘s Sonja Sohn eked out the votes to tie with Rutina Wesley!
