The Nominee cannot be retired from their field.

The Nominee must be a Black woman/woman of the African Diaspora, regardless of country of origin. (*Please view how the International Black Women’s Film Festival defines “Black woman.”)

You may submit your own nomination at the bottom of each poll; however, the Nominee must be eligible under the poll category selected. For example, do not submit a nominee for actress in a producer’s field.

If you would like to be eligible for the final voting, you must register with this site, or have a valid OpenID account.
