<li>You may submit your own nomination at the bottom of each poll; <em>however</em>, the Nominee <span style="text-decoration: underline;">must be eligible under the poll category selected</span>. For example, do <em>not</em> submit a nominee for actress in a producer&#8217;s field.</li>
<li>If you would like to be eligible for the final voting, you must register with this site, or have a valid <a href="http://openid.net/" target="_blank">OpenID account</a>. </li>
<li>You may vote as often as you like.</li>
