Yes, the International Black Women's Film Festival site is up...again! Sorry for the delays, but I'd been using a horrible hosting company that used to be pretty good; however, they've been sold...twice... to new owners, and the service has been not just terrible, but --as my folks would say-- turr-able! Needless to say I've switched over to a "dream" of a hosting company, and they rock
