Are you a community-based or nonprofit organization?
Does your mission address empowerment for women and girls through film/video/media OR by supporting the African American or African Diaspora community?
You may be a perfect community partner for the International Black Women’s Film Festival!
Most community partnerships are by invitation-only, but if you’d like to be considered as a potential community partner with the IBWFF, then please contact partnerships [at] ibwff [dot] com .
Community partnerships are different than sponsorships.
A community partnership means that both parties (you and the IBWFF) agree to exchange applicable information with their respective members/communities/visitors, including a banner and link.
Your organization must be a nonprofit, or have a nonprofit mission, in order to be considered.
As a community partner, the IBWFF will:

- Include partnership announcements in our email newsletter to members
- Have a place for your organization’s/company’s literature at IBWFF events
- Provide pre-sale ticket announcements for sharing with your members
- Provide discount sales to your members with a pre-approved member code, provided by IBWFF
- Fair representation and empowerment for –but not limited to– women and girls of color in Film, Television and Media
- Access to pre- or post-production funding

- Products or services that directly benefit women and girls, with particular attention to products/services that are marketed to Black women and girls

- Your organization will notify the IBWFF when you wish to end the Community Partnership. (Ending the Community Partnership will end all reciprocal obligations.)
