Maya Rudolph Takes Another “Revolutionary Road”

“Revolutionary Road” director Sam Mendes is off into another direction. Taking another “Road” in the snapshot of a marriage, he directs the under-appreciated –and over talented– actress and comedian Maya Rudolph onto the “new baby” road, along with screen hubby John Krasinski.

You may recognize John from the hit NBC comedy “The Office,” and Maya from “Saturday Night Live.” Or you may recognize her as the real-life love interest –and baby-mama– of “There Will Be Blood” director Paul Thomas Anderson, or as the daughter of the beautiful late-singer Minnie Ripperton. (Maya even gets a shout out at the end of her mother’s song, “Loving You.)

This movie is guaranteed to be hilarious with the genius direction of Sam Mendes, and the comedic chops of Maya and John! And I think John Krasinski has got a thing for the chocolate…I’m just sayin’…Check it out!
